    IH 986 dual remote trouble

    Sounds like you might have a valve sticking. When you say its steaming / smoking from the breather, are you referring to the blow by that runs down to the ground? If so it is normal in the IH's to have some blow by.

    Might be. Is it full of hydraulic oil? The filter also might be in need of replacing. Does your steering ever become hard to steer? On those tractors the hydraulic pump also controls the steering, clutch and brakes. The pto is on a seperate drive.

    Hey there, do you have any idea how many hours are on it? And if the TA works? That would give me a better idea if its worth buying.
