990 Injection pump removal
Thank you for the feedback. I will take it down further if I need to. There are some great videos out there showing the process. I rebuilt a similar pump several years ago successfully so I’m not really intimidated…just trying to minimize things that can go wrong! I figured it’s better to ask...- billh1963

I think I know the answer but just want a sanity check.... I'm getting ready to pull my 990 injector pump for a reseal. From what I've read in the manual I don't need to worry about lining up any engine gears....with the way the pump is designed as long as I install the pump back in the gear...- billh1963

1850 Brake Actuator — buy new or used?
Got one from Maibach with new springs. It fit a little better but still was not quite right. There are three raised areas that the actuator sits on. The top two were smooth but the bottom one was somewhat rusty. I spent some time with a file and leveled it out. After a couple test fittings and...- billh1963

1850 Brake Actuator — buy new or used?
Halfway through a brake job on my 1850. Right side went easy (new balls, springs, discs). Started work on left side and getting out the actuator was tough….pretty much stuck in there. Got it out after some effort and looks like it’s been very hot. One side of actuator has a crack in the disc...- billh1963

1800C clutch return spring location?
Anyone know where the clutch return spring attaches on an 1800C? Mine is missing and the service manual/parts manual doesn't show where it is connected. A picture would be great. Thank you- billh1963

Oliver 1809 Loader - manuals?
Bought it that way. I’ve seen it on loader tractors before. I’m going to change them around. But, it’s probably to improve traction when backing out of a manure pile with a full load.- billh1963

Probably is a 1609, then. Looked like 1809 to me and someone stuck some tape letters saying “1809” on it. But, they were probably wrong. What’s the lift capacity of a 1609 on an 1850?- billh1963
