    couls that spring if it fell off when oi originally took the top off fll into the area with the gov weights, thats where the rivet went..another question, should i not find the sping inside... would a shop have that spring...other alternative is get the reseal kit and total disassemble.

    either way, pumps coming off again...off hand the idle spring is how big... and the spring tension...i should be able to compress it between fingers...

    kind of figured... is this something you can get at a hardware store....something similar, also is this why it wont start afet shutting it down...

    so here it is...re ssembled the top end og the gov assy cover, spring is in hole 2 on throttle lever, and gov plate, machine starts, when you bring throttle mid position it slows to 600 rpm, and further movement down engine speed drops nd it shuts down... restating have to open bleed screw on...

    okay big question, which holes under the cover does the gov spring go in, had it in the middle hole on gov plate, and middle hole on throttle arm,,, engine starts only at throttle mid postion and full throttle...need help on this...
