    Unstyled B - can't get oil to the tappets

    i had the same thing happen to me look at the fan shaft fitting to the gov turn it so the whep hole is down i think it been about 5 year ago that it had happen to me we turn that fitting and it work ,then just take out the three bolt and turn it
