    The best carb i could suggest is an upper half from a 300,350,400,450 with the venturi and bowl from a c-301 6 cylinder( 715 combine or 806) that will let alot more air thru and a better bowl set up. Matt

    Im from northern Pennsylvania and between the different clubs we pull at, we have 15.5 non-cut, 15.5 cut on back, 15.5 full cut the some places let ya have 18.4's its a mess!!!! Matt

    Yes they will interchange nicely, if you switch to the 300 block you will gain a little more cubic inches and a more modern cam. personally idd switch the whole engine just put the h front plate on it. I think thats about all youdd need to do. Matt
