    Thankyou for that valuable info. J . The head is not apart , but I will pass that info. to my buddy whom is the new owner . Some days I'm sorry that I sold her , but I didn't need her and have first option to buy her back . I also put my Minie M5 on the lawn for sale but she didn't sell yet .

    DC Head

    Well I'm kind going through that right now with an S , I have 1 stuck vale in th e down position but the old girl still runs on 3 cyls. . May pull the head off in the spring to fix it right .

    I'm beginning to think it's bent, because 99 % of the time they release . So it's been soaking for a week and I'll try it again --maybe leave it till spring if I need to revove the head --thanks for the advice .

    Haven't seen it yet , but a guy says he has a Massey 4x4 backhoe that's in bad shape in the boom swing mechanism , but he will sell it cheap - 3 grand can't recall a 4x4 massey hoe , and is that swing exspensive to repair ? thanks in advance --Larry

    Draining gas ......or not

    I have 3 gas tractors and just close the gas line valves , never had a problem starting them yet . But this year I'll be putting stabalizer in the lawn mowers and quad runner because for some reason or other those small carbs gum up bad . --maybe the gas is refined different ? Larry -ont.
