I bought a used Fransgard rake its a TI-4000 seems to work well. Help identify 3000 tractor
I agree this must be what is in it. I did find numbers on the bell housing on opposite side of starter just under the hydraulic pump. Do these mean anything? 8K01B 7008 Thanks Mike -

I have 4 fords with the hi lo lever. this tractor actually does drive with 3 different speeds in the range selector. it has high and low, then what appears to be a creeper gear giving it 4 more gears. In the farthest forward position it goes very slow. would be perfect for tilling. I agree it... -

My friend brought over a ford 3600 he bought at an auction that has 3 point issues. 274 clutch issues
Yes I agree. I have convinced him its normal and he has had the tractor a short time bought used and has always done that. The hand clutch says for pto on it. I did clean up and lubricate the shafts that the bearings slide over, while the main clutch release bearing slides inside of the pto one...- blackelk

1984 ford 5610 a/c
I have a 1984 Ford 5610 that i bought recently and am trying to hook up the a/c. the compressor only has 1 wire and underneath the air cleaner the switch has 2 wires. Wish I could say that. In the past I have had machine work done on a cub tractor engine and a 9n ford at a local auto machine shop but sad to say it closed up and all the other machine shops are into building race engines for everyone it seems. Lots more choices back east. Went to PA last year... -
