    2014 Chevy Silverado shake

    painting concrete

    I can't imagine that the acid will etch epoxy paint. I also, painted my floor with the 2 part epoxy and I have zero flaking or loose. The stuff has with stood every thing I could throw at it for the last 20 years. No, don't etch, clean it and paint it. Or, contact the manufacturer of the paint...

    Garage Insulation

    Paper down only if you put in multiple slices throught the paper to let out the humidity. Or, better yet, pull the paper off. If you don't, the humidity will build up in the loose insulation.

    Bought a Golf Car

    That's a G1 and bullet proof. I've had one for 20 years and can't kill it. The electrical connection will start to corrode on you over time and you'll chase them one at a time. Mostly on the red/power wire. The motor mounts will go over time and it'll set up a vibration which will start to break...
