    I recently picked up a little Ford and I'm trying to figure out the year. The oval radius rods tell me it's after 1944. However the serial number reads 9N8183. That is all. That would make it a 1939. But this one has frost plugs on the side, and I know the 1939 9n's originally did not. So...

    I recently bought a bunch of Ford tractor parts. In one of the crates I found, what I think is an aluminum hood extension for a Funk Conversion. The only markings are "N75". So is there a difference between the 6cyl and v8 extensions? I have no info on the history, other than it sat in a shed...

    1971 Ford 3000 3pt Doesn't Work Right

    Took the cover back off, cleaned out every hole and oil passage. Also took apart and cleaned out the hydraulic valve on top of the cover. Put it back on and it works like new. Thanks!

    I just picked up an Allis 190 XT Series 3. It shows 3100 hrs but bought it nonrunning. I was told the turbo went bad and was parked for about ten years. I don't know much about Allis Chalmers. I'd like to figure out its year and how much hp it has. Anyone know anything about them?
