    I have the original manual and it has a small section about adjusting it, but I ve tried to do what it says but it won t fix it, the problem is that with the throttle lever at idle, the carburetor is at about 3-4 open and it only takes a little push on the throttle before it is wide open...

    So how do I allow fuel to flow through the bowl and carb without loosening the bowl and how to not allow fuel to enter the crankcase.

    It has a manual shutoff instead. Also while draining the sediment bowl one day, after putting it back on, it would not fill until I loosened it some. I don t know if that s means anything to you

    It has a slight miss, its throttle linkage is not set right, needs tuned as it doesn t run very well, and it likes to get gas in the crankcase.
