    sizing a plow to a tractor

    That plow will work fine with your tractor. If you can rase it up higher manually your lift is not going up all the way. On the lift control handle it may have an adjustable stop that limits the range the handle can travel that needs adjusted. If not there is a problem with your 3 point lift.

    Sorry, I dont know what state thats from but there is a town in la., by that name and that was an Ac roto baler. Also found a dealer decal on a 1210 D.B. that was barely legible that reads Case power and equipment State Rd. 25 Logansport, Indiana.

    According to Peter Letourneaus Case tractors buyers guide those nos are correct. For whatever reason it dont give 801b nos, but later goes on to say over 10000 units of the 800b diesels were sold. Here is a pic of production nos form the book

    There was an an Allis Chalmers dealer here locally that when they were bought out by Deutz. He dropped them and started selling Ford/NewHolland. He said he fought the Germans in the war and wasnt going to sell there tractors.

    TD9 for my first crawler

    I am looking at an early International TD9 for light road construction on my farm. It will be my first crawler. I have checked for easy starting, no smoke or leaks when operating, driving in all gears, turning both left and right, operation of hydraulics. What else should I check before purchase?
