Splitter
Looking at fabricating a tractor splitter for my new 1947 8n tractor. Release bearing is noisy when depressed and quite once peddle is pressed. Notice the retail price is ridiculous for a splitter. $700 to start. Angle iron for track. Jack stands fabricated with wheels and a platform for tractor. -

860 Fuel Starvation
I don't know about the fuel line being heated but worth a shot. My last time that it puked out was about 3 weeks ago when the temperature was 12F. I was plowing snow.- Brian Saylor

860 Fuel Starvation
I have a '55 860. Runs great 99% of the time. When it really counts, it seems to starve for fuel and shut off. If you wait 20 seconds and restart, it runs for 1 minute. If you wait 10 minutes, then it runs for 20 minutes. I cannot determine if the float isn't supplying enough fuel into the...- Brian Saylor

Ford Tractor Help Needed!
There are a couple different values of internal resistors for 12v coils. That shouldn"t matter much if you are running at 12V. Assuming you are running 12V with a newer alternator, the problem may be the alternator has a bad regulator and you are charging MUCH higher voltage, 18-20V at high...- Brian Saylor
