    Thanks for the responses so far. That flashing red light is near the starter switch. It has 3 smaller white lights under it.

    On a gleaner f combine. I noticed a round dome shaped light, about the size of a fifty cent piece, is flashing red. Does any one know what could b wrong to make it flash, or is that normal? Thanks for the help.

    thanks for the suggestions so far. I forgot to add that my tractor has 100 hp. and I would keep this hay cutter for many years, so I figure 3 cuts a year for many years. Id want something more than a sickle mower
