    I believe Iowa law states no passing within 500 feet of an intersection. We are on a state highway, & you wouldn't believe some of the stuff that goes on.     450 Diesel carb

    Have you emptied the oil out of the cup? Dirty mess to clean out a cup, but if it has dirt built up in the cup bottom, it will cause your problem. Jim

    Farmall 140 Cylinder gets tight after one minute of running.

    I believe if this tractor was mine, I'd pull the head to find out what was going on. 175 is extremely high for this engine. Only thing that comes to mind is a wrong piston has been put in at some time in the past. Jim

    Electrical problem with my Cub 184 tractor

    Check if there is a safety switch [have to have clutch depressed]. Otherwise possible bad condenser. I went to get the cub cadet out this spring, & errattic firing --back fired. Finally started & ran badly. Changed out the condenser, & no more problems. It was an original condenser. Jim

    The zareba fencers usually have 2 low Ohm resistors on the line input [120 Volts]. Either of these can be taken out by a Voltage surge on the 120 Volt line.
