    Thanks to all for the replies. I tried a good crescent and still didnt get it loose.The nut is smooth and looks like it has never had a wrench used on it. Pipe wrench entered my mind, just hated to chew it up. Will try again, will get it one way or the other. the

    Yes it will work for horses. Put your twisted clevise on a forcart such as a Pioneer forecart and go to plowing.

    We all complain about some regulatory agency, EPA etc, that intrudes into our personal lives. We complain about too many regulations at the federal,state, and local levels. There are, probably to many rules. However what you show here,is why we have the regs.
