    36F30 that top pic is IH"s version of the field change over kit. The middle is the single speed gov set up. And the 3rd is a different aftermarket change over kit I"m not sure I"ve seen before. Could be Heisler but not sure from here.

    F20 questions

    As for the large decal on the the tank, placement depends on the vintage of your tractor. From the factory there were 3 decals on the left side that were rearranged when the speed change lever was moved to the left side so they were not obstructed.
