    John Deere 40 Motor Stuck

    I've got a 1941 JD B that had run a year ago too. I had it soaking with the atf and diesel for 2 months before I could turn it over. I would give it another month.....

    Retorquing gasket opinions

    I don't know if you have a Napa near you but they sell aviation gasket sealer. I use it on any paper gasket that comes in contact with coolant. It works great never leaks.

    4630 brake pads

    Yah that's way high. Just putting new pads on the on the backing plates?

    4430 Expansion Valve

    If you open the roof up there is a large metal cover take that off. The expansion valve is on the left side of the evaporator. It has the special tape on it. To do it right you should get more tape to put on it.
