Case 430 governor issues
It seems like the domed part of the governor with the shaft that goes into the end of the camshaft might be controlled by oil pressure. Would over revving cause high oil pressure that would push that shaft out and over extend the weights, there by hitting the case? Or should there be some type...- Case 440

My 430 gas tractor was over revving, surging at constant load, and slow to throttle up when load was increased.
