    I've got two LS190's with stiff foot pedals. One is the tilt, the other is the main boom. I'm familiar with the pedal bushings getting loaded with rust and grit and causing the same issue. Those aren't the issue now, it is in the valve somehow. They're so stiff that the pedal just stays engaged...

    I just got one for my MTA. The one from IH was a 1/16th of an inch too big all around, had to do a little bending and shaping (which I wasn't happy with) to get it in. Couldn't get the caps to press in flush which made for a real bear putting in the retaining clips. I'm surprised it worked out...
