    O.K. I give up.

When I retired my long out of print DICNAVAB was in great demand. I passed it down to a fellow Mustang.

New boat with Palmer M-60 engine

Yes, Palmer used the C60 as the base for the M60. There are differences, mainly the manifold. They are impossible to get new and tend to be rusted through or nearly (especially if used in saltwater).

    Two piece tractor rims

I would never touch a split rim. There is a reason they are no longer used. During inflation if the split rim isn't seated right they can explode sending the rim flying at mach speeds! A good friend lost her father to an exploding split rim. Most tire places either won't do them or put it in...

    OK, WD, WD-45 gurus

Not sure I understand when you say almost touches the bellcrank. It is connected to the bellcrank and the governor. I did connect the carb to the governor rockshaft as per the manual. I do appreciate the help.

    OK, WD, WD-45 gurus

I'll try to keep it short but it's complicated. Have a WD (with a -45 motor) that needs a motor, bought a WD-45 for the motor but decided to fix both. Trying to adjust the governor/throttle linkages. Could not get full throw on the quadrant. Found this issue (pics) that the governors are...

What's the preferred method of online payment, nowadays?

Was just going to post this! Friends and family has a big downside!
