    This tool became the "Hula hoe". The big difference is the hula hoe blade floated back and forth to keep the same cut angle pushing or pulling. I don't have one now, manual tools are not my forte.

    If the tractor is new to the family, I would drain the oil and then pull the filter screen. With filter screen out reach finger into middle of pan and check the DEPTH of the SEDIMENT!     DO crank pulley removal

    When removing/installing the radiator I leave the handcrank in place. Makes for a good hand hold even if it moves around a little. Isn't the pulley held it place with a set screw and a lock nut? If it's been banging around awhile it may need to be shimmed or replaced.................chuck.
