    Hat rims

Howdy neighbor. I actually live a bit north/west of Chemung. Wife and I grew up in Dupage county. Raised the kids. We got selfish, moved rural. Been here for a while. Can't think of any place I'd rather be. Widow had a Kubota and the 2N. Initially she wanted something for it until I mentioned...

    Hat rims

Years ago I bought 2 tractors from the widow up the street, one of which was a non-running 2N. I had more than enough projects, sold the 2N. One thing I forgot about was the hat rims (original?) that I recently found in the corner of my pole barn. They are in rough condition. I'd be willing to...

    Hydraulic fill cap

Thank you. Seems like the bent thing to the left of the cap is my vent. I'll clean it up, blow thru, see what happens. Thanks again...Don.

    Hydraulic fill cap

I've noticed this past few times I've driven my B7610.... I press it back down but when Im done with it for the day, its popped back up again. I would assume its from pressure, the vent is plugged but I got no real clue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...Don.

    14’ Fishing Boat Value?

My hay guy was out a few days back, saw my 14' aluminum boat sitting on 2 pallets. Didn't ask if it was for sale, offered $200. I told him it was not for sale. My boat is much older vs. the boat on the trailer. FWIW...Don.

Bucket top vacuum cyclones, do they work?

I do wood working. I made a cyclone out of 5 gallon buckets, pvc pipes, using this web site. Works great for my use. Don't know how well it would work w/a blast cabinet. HTH...Don.

    Handy Tool

Not sure if it will work on tile, check the label on Dollar Generals Awesome cleaner. Did my 1 piece fiberglass surround before Christmas. Sprayed on. Wiped off w/a wet rag. In my case, I let it dry a day. Put car wax on a good portion of it to prevent junk from building. Jury is still out on...

    Wednesday Woodwork 5

My neighbor is a cut your own Christmas tree farm. He uses something similar to cut the stumps in the field for easier mowing, easier grinding down the line. His is a horizontal only cutter.

    Wood stoves

Update.. Found a place local enough to me that ordered the grate, along w/4 other parts, to rebuild the stove. bad side...delivery could be up to 21 days. In the mean time, neighbor had a piece of 1/4" plate I cut to size for the hole in the bottom grate. Used it past few days. Seems to work...

    Wood stoves

ROI on something of this nature would not pencil out. To replace the current stove, same brand/model, installed = $4200. Next step down = $3600 Called a few other places. About the same price tag. All of these options are still too pricey for my budget. Links provided above, I need to confirm...

    Wood stoves

Wife says if this one can be fixed, let's do it. I need a couple of other parts as well. Seems like I need to do more googling. Thanks all for your time. Much appreciated...Don.
