    Pondering on a Farmall MD.

Thanks for all the replies. I decided to pass on the old girl. I feel she's just to far gone. From what I've seen for sale,I could buy a running one for half of what id spend on this one.

    Pondering on a Farmall MD.

I'm in NW Ohio. Don't know how TIGHT it is but you never know. I'm a pretty good wrench but if it's not worth it might have to pass on her.

    Pondering on a Farmall MD.

Would like your opinions. There's a Farmall MD for sale down the road from me. It's been sitting outdoors for quite some time. Metal work is in good shape, tires are shot but I have some laying around. Engine will not turn by me pulling on fan. I know they can be a money pit but for some reason...

    OT: No Hunting signs

That's a good idea there. We own some woodlands and know how it is to keep people out. I don't mind hunters if they ask first as we let a couple of them hunt. I'm an avid coonhunter with a hound. I've been in some sticky situations when my dog treed in a woods I didn't turn loose in. Most people...

    Allis 7060

Dad bought a 7060 powershift at an auction this fall. Decent looking and near new rubber paid 4500 for it. Read all the reviews to cab being too small. While it is small, I'm 6'2 and weigh 215 and I find it quite comfy. I like the controls and the powershift trans. And for the money you simply...

    demo derby

I derbied for 15 years. You need to find out what other promoters are doing for build rules. Try to keep the rules similar so others can run your show without major changes to the car. Another big factor in getting cars to show is payout. These aren't grannies old car anymore. Most serious guys...

GM accused of cheating emissions testss

But it also saved billions of welfare and food stamp payments for the thousands that would have lost their jobs. Either way, you would have payed. I would have been one of those thousands in line after a few months without a paycheck if the plant closed.

    72 1/2 chain

Does anyone know where I could buy a few links of 72 1/2 detachable chain? Need some for an old IH hay rake. I can only find it available in 10ft rolls. Id hate to buy 10 foot of something id never use up but will if I have to. Thanks.

Rebuilding a 410E Automatic. Something I can do????

From following your repair posts id say you could do it yourself. A 4l60e is a pretty basic unit. Only advice I can give is do yourself a favor and do NOT reuse the old converter. It is nearly impossible to get all the contamination out of them. Sprint 6 I know exactly what you mean about...
