    Thanks those vendors do not have one. I am not giving up on my 7' foot bar yet, however, if i had no choice i guess i could change out both bars for 6' as the 31 and 41 are interchangable. I do get to East TN on occasion...

    Have F40 with a Continental engine 134 out of 35. 12 volt system, can i just replace with any similar style alternator i can find locally?

    Yes it is the one that I have and the one I used on the engine swap I made sure new block had the PS and then put my old one on it when I switched out Continental. My old one had cracked block.

    as far as i know PS is factory, the 35 i put in had the bolt patern to accept the PS.

    Squeal but it has returned with new belt tight...so it could be a the squeal sequel

    I have a sequel. Thought it was loose belt... it is now hulk tight. Still when it heats up a bit at low rpm sequel is back. Ideas? Bad alternator? other? thanks in advance. Continental engine pulled out of the it is the Cont.134 out of 35 put it on my F40
