    Rewired my NAA with single wire alternator belt seems to be making noise no matter how tired I get it aftermarket kit doesn't quite line up right But if you can see by the wiring harness that was on it that's one reason it wasn't charging

    They still carry them at CHN . I am changing my friction disk and my spring is broken too. They have it in stock but they are an hour drive each way. . How did your your aluminum lift control plate come off I had to grind my plate off after I broke it .

    Original would be nice so I will keep looking . At one time I had a set os sockets that where 4 point like 45 years ago. Not sure if they are still at my moms house but i am going to have to check . Thanks for the idea.

    I bought an aftermarket one on eBay and it fit ok just a little tight but all the holes lined up well. My tractor had a 12 volt conversion done so i had to put a piece of 1/2 pine on the bottom so the battery post would be high enough to clear the top of it. I painted it red too and can?t...

    Just read this and I am still using one on my NAA. Was this the original one? I had to get a new one for my 841 and its is a whole lot easier to use . Guess its time to buy another one.

    Well I can sleep again. Thanks for all the help and all the past posts in the archives. After taking the carburetor a part many times and rebuilding the distributor and still having the hunting issues I changed and adjusted the compensation spring at the governor arm and that did it. Got it...
