    Super a oil pump w/pics

He is not talking a bearing in the oil pump, but the bearings in the engine. When worn, the clearances in the bearings inhibit oil pressure being built. Not the news you were looking for I think.........

    Pure antifreeze question

Although technically correct about skin, Wind-chill can and does affect inanimate objects. It causes them to lose heat faster. Objects such as vehicles will cool to the ambient temperature at much quicker rate due to the wind-chill, they will not however cool below the ambient air temperature.

    Air lines

If the water is vaporized the traps will not work, the vapors get blown by and is cooled at the tool . Compressed air is heated and needs to be cooled to get the moisture out. Metal does a much better job cooling the air. I ran a rubber line for a few years with two traps at the end. I would...

    Air lines

Biggest issues with the rubber lines is moisture. The metal lines help cool the air and water gets stopped by the separators or in drops. With rubber lines the water stays in vapor form and blows right by the separators. Hard on tools and murder on paint jobs.

DO NOT USE PVC IT WILL FAIL. It may last years, but when it goes it is a shrapnel throwing bomb as it does become brittle. I use black pipe. Copper is fine. There are three types M,L,K K is thickest. IIRC type M is rated for 300psi so it's all you need. Use 1/2 inch

Need help on finding where hydraulic fluid seeps into engine

I guess that would be a challenge. When you remove the pump top right and bottom left bolts. The other two hold the pump together. It is pretty straightforward. Use a pick or screwdriver to pull/pry the seal out and tap the new one in. Check the shaft to make sure it's not worn as said above.
