That’s what I’m talking about the bailer used to grind or make a noise before the pin broke if you were having an issues kind like you’d hear the clutch slipping now it just breaks no warning nothing. But you can put a tape measure on the bales and there not an inch of difference when they break- Codylinger97

I have a 94’ new holland 640 has been a great baler its whole life with around 15k bales on it. Never has any issues and always meticulously maintained. I baled 55 bales this year and the shear pin broke with no clogs, no visible reason.the baler runs all day with no trouble empty and will break...- Codylinger97
