    The State of NC specifically permits law enforcement to have darker tint. That is one of the tipoffs on unmarked cars. Annual inspections required and the stations have a meter to check tint for darkness.

    The hydraulic reservoir is under the seat. The test level valve is there also- not at the radiator.
