ford 600 three point hitch issue

ford 600 three point hitch issue
I'm having trouble with the three point hitch on my ford 650. the blade wont lift until I drive the tractor around first. then I can reattach the blade and all is well. Checked the hydraulic fluid and the levels look good. Where do I start?- cvacan
