Puzzled by trailer lights not working

LED lights will not work on reverse polarity. ....Is it possible they are not wired correctly? I would suggest disconnecting the trailer from the truck and using a battery to connect to the LED wiring. ....If they don't light, try reversing the polarity. .....Most LED's are not damaged by...

The end of an era at Lincoln

My Lincoln tombstone is at least 71 years old. ....It is the 180 amp, AC only, model with the plug-in leads. ....Having copper windings, that welder is much heavier than the later models. I was tempted to buy the 225 AC/DC model when they were $99 but I never did.

Calculating Hydraulic Pump GPM On A Log Splitter

You can work backwards to get the flow rate of the existing pump using the inside diameter of the cylinder, the stroke length, and the time it takes the cylinder to extend fully (with no load). An 8hp engine should drive an 11gpm two-stage pump. ....Higher gpm pumps will require more hp to...

3 wheeled reel mower, Kohler K161t engine....any clues as to what is is?

The Kohler Serial number indicates the K161T engine was built in 1977. Assuming the engine is original, the mower was probably built in 1977 or 1978. If you can find a Toro id on the mower, I may have a manual for that mower.
