    Depends on how much business the store does. We have a number of ACE hardware stores that service Stihl.The ACE stores around here sell Stihl, Toro, Craftsman ,and other brands making them big enough to make it worth their time to have a service department.

    That Ranch King built by MTD has a 4 speed gear trans and uses motor oil no leaks.

    I have an older Ranch King which is an MTD built unit and book on it says 30 weight motor oil. I have changed once and used 30 weight motor oil and lucas oil stabilizer.The tractor is a 1987.

    Holy crap!

    Your on clay aren't you? They got our beans in around may 25th just before it started raining. There is about 180 acres of beans about 1 1/2" tall and some 2" tall corn. We need some warm weather to make it grow. We are on a sandy loam but have a few strips clay running through them.

    To opening the passages in your carb the best thing is cutting torch tip cleaning tool. Carb cleaner will not always open plugging jets.

    Your antique tractors, trucks, and cars are all low rpm and low compression engines. The only reason why you are seeing cut in use of zinc is do to the EPA.

    New oils have cut way back on zddp. Tell your die hard collectors of old cars, trucks,and tractors that they don't need zddp and they will laugh in your face.

    In 2017 Parker Hannifin merged with Clarcor ( Baldwin-Hasting). Parker is big in hydraulics.

    Anything that has flat tappets needs it and did you know that the new springs used on valves of old engines are stiffer than originals. Taking zinc out is because new engines have almost every thing running on rollers. New engines roller cam and roller rockers and in some there is no rocker...

    Napa fuel filters are junk

    Had an oil distributor that I delivered to that had a counter in his business with every oil filter of the time period. They were all cut in half and under each one it told how and what filter was made of. After see that there were a number of them you wouldn't take home if they were given to you.

    Fleetguard makes a good filters. NAPA has a number of discounts. If you buy on line they have at times 50 to 70% discount. At one time I had a jobbers number and got 50% off on most parts I bought.

    You don't your filters because Purolator is not made by Wix it is part Bosch. The Racor filter are made by Parker Hannifin. If you would do a little research you would find NAPA gold are made to higher specs than original equipment filters.

    A few of my fords

    I have some fords in 1/64 and the next size up. They are hard to find in the 1/16 scale but ford was never big in this area.
