    To get under trees with it. Since its not as long as a bushhog you can't back it under without running the tractor into the limbs.

    If its on a D15 series1 its a 149, series 2 is a 160. Or is it on something else?

    Looks like a CA(1950-57) with a aftermarket highcrop conversion of some kind.

    Would my 1970 4000 SU work good with 3pt. tiller?

    Used a 5ft JD tiller behind a 2910 once, worked fine. You shouldn't have any trouble with it.

    Allis chalmers wd wc questions?

    Both had the W201 engine, but the WD had a few more horses. It should bolt right up. Yes the sheet metal is the same I think. If it is different I can't tell how.

    What Was Wrong With Parking Brake on Driveshaft?

    We have a 2000 F650 with a driveshaft brake. Won't hold on a hill if its loaded. I really don't even trust it to hold when its empty. Thats whats wrong with it.

    555 Ford TLB

    Almost any used backhoe is gonna have some slop in the boom, unless its very close to being new. If its not too awful bad then you got a good one for its age. 6500 didn't sound too bad a price, so if you got it even cheaper than that I'd say you got a good deal. Hope it serves you well.

    555 Ford TLB

    Checked em. Not sure what I'm looking for, the hp? They carried the same ratings as the late 4000, 4600, 4610, 420, 515, 531 and 535: 62 gross engine hp, 57 net engine hp, 52 pto hp. Since backhoes don't have a pto they go by the engine ratings.

    AC D 17 fluid for power director

    calls for 80w in the final drives. 90w or 80w90 gear oil is fine too. I guess if UTF is ok for the tranny it should be fine for the final drives too, but never heard of any body using it in them.
