    Pulled right cover, seeing the same thing. Also further noted I didn't see any leakage of fluid coming from Ram Cylinder while being operated, but then again with weight on cylinder is fully retracted, weight off cylinder is fully extended.

    Okay, i do have a manual. I removed the left side inspection cover. When tractor is running, ram cylinder is fully extended, will not go back in. Using the Touch Control Lever, does not change the function of the Ram Cylinder. The Control Arms do not move when the Touch Control Lever is operated...

    The previous post was using the hydraulics with the blade off. With the blade on the Control Arm/Lever operate normally. The cylinder is completely retracted and does not lift. Do i have a bad cylinder seal, bent cylinder arm?

    Hydraulics on Ford 9n stopped working. If blade is attached, no lift, you can see the arms start to move, but as soon as there is tension they stay, unhook blade, i have lift. I was plowing the drive, everything was working just fine and then it suddenly stopped. PTO is on and running...
