Those rear rims/tires look large. Perhaps they are for an M? Either way, it's worth 400. I have a parts H that I will get more for it in NON RUNNING condition. Remember scrap metal is quite valuable these days. Hence, all the loser druggies steal such things thinking you don't need it...- Dan G

Tractor show 2012 Tunkhannock PA
Here's my babies at Lazybrook park, Tunkhannock PA 2012. 150 tractors, there's only 2 blue tractors including mine. The other is a 7200. The H with the Buzz saw in the background is mine as well. Good show, lots of nice stuff. Not a lot of people tho? It's a Ford 4200 RC. I drove em both... -

Man Oh Man, tires are getting expensive!
EVERYTHING is expensive. I think it's the rubber. I just priced a 20x50 piece of EDPM rubber roofing and it was 570$! 2 years ago the same roll was 300 bucks. The summer of recovery continues. Ahhhhh. -

My Father's Day - 5000 RC
I"m kinda fond the of the flat top deck now. It provides a handy place to put your stuff like pins, clips, handgun, cell phone, etc while tooling around. :) It is a pain if you have to split it. I used ALL stainless steel bolts, nuts, etc so they aren"t too hard to take off. You can leave... -

Trying to find Ford wheel hub C6NN1106E
Need more info. What flavor of 4000 is it? I've had issues with finding "correct" hubs for my 4200, and ended up putting 4600su hubs on it so I had 2 of the same ones. The SU hubs are heavier duty too. Wengers of Myerstown PA has a lot of hubs and salvage stuff for ford. Alexander Tractor... -

This is earlier this year before the fender/ROPS paint job and a few decals. I had to do the decals custom. The 4000 and 4200 decals are not the same. I had to buy 2 sets of decals and piece them together. The weight bracket is from a 7600, and customized because it wouldn't fit. I had my... -

The power steering hoses must be made, both the long ones and the short ones on the cylinders. The front pivot pin must be machined custom. You won't find one anywhere. The front wheel spindles are probably shot. They don't make those either. I bought ones for a standard 4000 and had a... -

This took forever. I bought it as scrap metal, non running, motor seized. Nothing was good. Rebuilt trans, front end completely redone. Many parts are "no longer serviced" and had to custom made by my machinist. If I had it to do all over again, I would have chosen a different specie to... -

Mine was blown out, but it was easy to rebuild. The seal kit from NH was about 80 or 100 bucks. It was a long road, but it's nice now that the tractor is done. I gotta put the lights back in. I just blasted and painted the ROPS and fenders. Some parts are hard to find, or impossible... -
