    Colorless Antifreeze??

    We use antifreeze at work for the big cooling towers to stop them from freezing in winter. It comes in 55 gallon drums and as clear as water.

    O/T light bulbs

    I don"t go to wally mart any more. About a year ago they have 60 registers and only two open about 15 people in front of me I just left the cart and walked out.I refuse to be treated like cattle. Sorry if went OT but still PO about it.

    Water softner question(s)

    I have had the GE brand water softener from Home Depot for a little over three years. Family of six in household it uses about two bags of salt a month. Have not had any problems yet.

    I have worked on farm machinery and all sorts of engines for over 30 years. This free site has helped me immensely. Unfortunately I gain more info then I give. I will not answer a post unless I am 100% sure I am right. I don"t want to cause someone more problems then what they started with...
