    That thought occured to me also. Might try a few more things first. Of course the baler is pushed into the back of the building, and yes it is a pain to unhook the plow - but I am out of options.     One last time. After moving cylinder rod multiple times hooked to little tractor, disconnected it and hooked once again to the 190. Same results. As I moved the hydraulic lever, I could hear the pressure surge, but cylinder rod would not move. After moving lever to release pressure and waiting...

    OK. hooked the plow hydraulic cylinder to the d 17 . Works perfect. Cylinder rod extends and retracts as it should. If there is air in the plow hydraulic cylinder- extending and retracting might purge the air in the cylinder if that is the problem ? Working with 50 yr old equipment is never...

    I'm going with CREEPY. The plow has been setting for at least one year and I haven't used the hydraulics on the 190 for a year also. Later today I will hook the plow to another tractor and see what happens. I have used that tractor with that plow in the past, so it did work together at one time...

    Hooked up my Allis 190 to older 5 bottom plow. No movement when trying to engage system to lift up back of plow. After disconnecting ram from plow I get about 1 inch travel on the ram.     i CHECKED THE PTO AND THE 3 POINT.BOTH WORK WELL.
