    Anyone experience this with a manifold??

    As others have said, seems to be a common issue with aftermarket parts. I ground down a old socket to use for that purpose.

    inner rim surface

    I had the same problem with the hat wheels. I sandblasted then primed, next a coat of spray undercoating and finished off with a layer of Gorilla tape. This made a surface that should not damage the tubes.

    2N Rear Wheel Removal

    A couple of good swings of a 10lb sledge hammer to the inside of the rear tire worked for me. Be sure the lug nuts are on but loose. Good Luck
