JD 3010 PTO stuck
I have a JD 3010 gas where the PTO is always on. In looking through the clutch access window the parts for engagement seem to be moving correctly, can the disk be frozen in the "on" position? Bad release springs in the clutch unit? Could the disk be rusted to the shaft so it can not release...- David S
