1952 John Deere A problems.
I also noticed when I take it out of 3rd gear, it makes a pop sound on the cover of the left side of transmission.- Davisracing55

When I went through the tractor, I cleaned and lube the brakes, and did flush the rear end, amd put new 80w90 gear oil in it. What's the best way to check the wheel bearing? Thanks- Davisracing55

1952 John Deere A problems.
So on Sunday I was mowing hay with my 1952 John Deere A tractor. Mowed 13 acres no problems, then on my way home the tractor seems like it was trying to lock in gear.
