Okay, I swear that the next time I had it out I'm going to cut off a longer bolt and weld it to that back bolt so it comes out far enough to put a socket wrench on it. -

It's done! Thank you all for the tips. I ended up removing the fuel filter and the solenoid. I've done this repair before without having to remove anything but at 73 my hands aren't as steady anymore. I do have a trick for putting that bolt back in. Put the tip of a latex glove in the socket... -

Thanks so much guys. Single is fuel filter off. 3/8 drive. I'm having a hard time finding the right combination of extensions. I thought I'd pick up another 3/8 sock3t set but holy moley have they gotten expensive! I really appreciate you all stepping up to help me. -
