    never mind. Figured it out already. All threads cleaned out, and tapped the fuel nozzle and pulled that out too.

    It was clamped in a vise, had a good screw driver... used MAP gas and got it good and hot. Still wouldn't budge. Ended up drilling the majority of it out. Wanted to clean up the threads. Was wondering what the treads were

    What are the threads of the 2 Brass drill plugs next the economizer that you have to go threw the flange to get at. I got 1 out, the other was pretty well stuck. Drilled it out , but need to clean up the threads some. Thanks in advance

    Clutch problem on Late B

    Well, that was easy enough. Found out who ever had been in there before did NOT put the cotter keys in. One had back off almost all the way off. Kinda measured the tightest one and set the other 2 to that depth. Any thoughts? 3 new cotter keys are back in but i didn't have a chance to test...

    49 B here. Cutting grass yesterday, i also noticed mine slipping and losing ground speed going up hill. So, how much of a chore is this getting into this clutch ? I have the IT manual which is see was a little vag. Will be watching this post...and good luck Bob. Keep me posted.

    1949 B Power Trol issues

    Hi Having issues trying to get my Power Trol to work. Have my 49 B hooked up to a JD #8 mower, so i am working with an cylinder on the mower. Hydraulic fluid is full, but can't get it to lift the bar. I elected not to use the plugs at this time and plumbed the the 2 right side pipe plugs...
