    I JUST saw a page in a 175 manual ( on Ebay) that it fits a 830. I guess that means it will fit mine. The manual pages did not give dates though. I know the 60' models were different than the 1974-75. any other info would be great. thanks,

    I'm trying to see what my options are for getting a Roll bar, roll guard, or ROPS for my 1974 John Deere diesel 3-cyl. I have seen pics with 830's that had them on. Looking for used but if I have to I can get a new one. Any ideas for used older model bars I could look for? or new model...

    I just got my grandfather's 1974 John Deere 830 Tractor. I'm trying to figure out what my front loader options are. I'm trying not to break the bank. I saw a pic of a 830 tractor online that had a John Deere 175 on it. That is the only info I have so far. Anyone know what loaders fit my 830...
