Original injectors are BKBL80S5204 new ones are C5NE9F593C. New ones may be for a Ford New Holland. Not sure but wondering if I bought wrong ones- donrush

I have a 1965 Ford 3000 diesel. I bought new injectors and noticed that the tops are shorter and don't have the removable top with spring inside. Did I purchase the wrong ones?- donrush
