    Couldn't believe it

They've been made that way a long time. I remember working in parts at a dealer in 1999 and having to hammer them home.

    JD keys

In my younger years there were some tractor thefts that occurred in the county. A sheriff deputy came into the Ford/New Holland dealership I worked at and wanted to know who had purchased keys in the last month. I started to pull the report from the system based on the part number for the key...

    School me on laminate flooring

A few months back I did a ton of research and went with LVP. This product specifically: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Lifeproof-Trail-Oak-8-7-in-W-x-47-6-in-L-Luxury-Vinyl-Plank-Flooring-20-06-sq-ft-case-I96713L/300461649 Couple things. I did put down a vapor barrier as I was placing it on bare...

You might be better off to find a truck engine and put in.

    Parasite killer for dogs

Having the dosage correct is key. I have Jack Russell Terriers. A lady I know was letting her dog eat the horse paste wormer and her dog got Ivermectin toxicity and lost vision. It did clear up, but this is different than the genetic mutation that some herding breeds have.

    Valtra Valmet 900?

Casey, Livingston Machinery in Chickasha Oklahoma sold quite a few Valtra's before the line was pulled from the North American market. They'd be a good source for support.

    Comparing tire sizes and diameters

Old, I'll give my opinion. The 14.9x38 tire has a much higher sidewall than the 15.5x38. I know money is tight, but I would not do it. Better off trying to find a set of used tires that are a match than what you are wanting to do here.

Hay crop ..... business math question ....

That is the exact way it was done where I grew up and my dad did custom hay. 1/3 to the landowner and 2/3 to the hay producer. Landowner could sell it to whoever they wanted to. We had this agreement with about 10 different landowners. Only had one issue when one greedy lady changed her mind...

Fun experiment: JB Weld muffler repair

You say there is no factory replacement options. I did a quick google search and there seem to be quite a few options.

favorite breed of beef cattle ?

I raised a Brahman heifer in high school FFA. She had a ton of personality. We kept commercial cattle, breeding to hereford, angus, brangus and various cross bred bulls. We did end up with a couple dutch belted/oreo cows. They were easy calvers. My personal favorite were Shorthorns and if I...

    Having trubles finding a Starter

You need bigger cables and clean connections. Take your current starter to a local rebuilder if you have one.

    Trailer load placement

I found with my Dodge 2500 and Ram 3500 with a gooseneck that they pull best if I get the overload springs to just touch. If they do, then it rides and pulls perfect. If not, it is the worst ride you've ever had.

Zero Turn Mower Leaf Blower Attachment

This looks like a great option: https://www.jrcoinc.com/commercial_attachments/blower-buggy.html Then you can get a walk behind leaf blower and mount it on it. If you need to use it separate you still can.

    Ub with big engine parts

I have this combo in my tractor. Ends up a 447.5 The stroke with offset grind to use the U rods is 6.160.

Buying my first tractor, wishin I could call my pops

"#3 I remember pops sayin "that bush hog will walk ya in a ditch" .... was that because of a clutch issue or something or is that a common thing?" The reason he would make this statement would most likely be in reference to a N series Ford. If it did not have an over-running clutch installed...
