Value of a Hart Parr Oliver 28-44

It would depend on a few things. Is it on steel or rubber tires, if rubber are the tires good? What's the tin work like? How is the manifold and how does the engine run? Seen them go for as little as 500 and as high as 4800 up here in Canada. Hope this helps you out.

    Oliver 80

There is no spin on filter for this or 90-99 4- cyl engine. Inside is a series of felt rings. The rings are to be scraped lightly to remove the crud on them and the canister installed. Drain oil and install new sae 30 and run it. This is directly from the owners manual. The carb I would have to...

    filter 99

There is no oil filter for this engine. It has a bunch of wick style rings inside the canister. If for some reason you need to check it you are supposed to scrape the crud off it with a full butter knife. Put the canister back together and change the oil with sae 30 and run it. It's a bypass...

    Floyd County Museum Mon

This is an original slide from Oliver. I'm wondering if it was a prototype like the '53 99? Definitely looks like a 950 but decals show 990. I believe more information is coming next week on this slide as I asked for more off of the Oliver Facebook page. If this is truly a 990 prototype it...

    Hart Parr Fenders 28-44, 90, 99

28-44 has no place for a starter and had lower compression head than the 90-99. The 28-44 had only a 3 SPD transmission. other internal engine pieces varies on the year of the 28-44 vs the last year of the 28-44 in 37 and the start of the 90. The pto shaft in the 4spd vs the 3 SPD also are...

Brakes for 98 Massey Super 99

As far as i know there is no parts available for these series of brakes or being reproduced. If you have original centers they can be re built with new linings but they need to be straight. Also check the splines in the used ones they wear and get thin from rust and will strip out. Duane o.

    oliver 70

They are a 201 cubic inch engine, I always thought if you balance it a bit better and plane the head and finally crank up the rpm 50 hp I'm sure is achievable.

    Oliver super 99 thermostat

Just an update: I found that the thermostat from the 1961 1800 diesel fits the super 99 302 cubic inch gas and diesel.- Oliver 950 gas and diesels. Excluding the gm diesel.the ones listed below are for something very small. 880 maybe.

    Oliver super 99 thermostat

So I got that thermostat out to the farm and took the super 99 Oliver diesel apart. This thermostat is not even close to the correct size. It's at least 3"or more in diameter. I picked up one for a 62 1800 diesel it's 3.25 in diameter. Hopefully it works as the original is stuck open. Will post...

1800 gasser - little more info

One of my Oliver 70's does this. All kinds of gas flow. It turned out to be a vacuum leak in 2 spots. Carb to manifold mounting surface and a couple intake to head gaskets. I checked the manifold with a long strait edge and found 2 ports were below the others causing a leak. Made up some thicker...

    Oliver super 99 thermostat

Thanks for the info. My Napa crossed the carquest number. The Napa numbers from the states don't cross up here in Canada. Picked one up gonna see if it works this weekend. Will keep you posted. Thanks again. Duane.o.

    Oliver super 99 thermostat

I'm not sure. I have been putting off taking it apart as there are no leaks and parts to put it together again. Being I've exhausted most avenues except under the Waukesha links I'm going to resort to taking it apart and checking other models.
