    856 transmission problem

    Sounds like a bad ta.I had the same symptoms in a 856 this summer,slipping in high + low.Most of the time they don't slip in high but they can.Check your pressures in high and low just so you know where you are at

    Has anyone ever hooked up a char lynn power steering motor to a behlen priority valve.I am asking because my char lynn pump is shot and I don't want to switch the whole thing over to the behlen style

    More power for JD4440

    I you don't use the tractor on the farm any more and are serious about pulling.I agree that more cubic inches is what you need more than anything.Check with Riverside in Tiffin OH.I think they have an over bore kit.Also a good camshaft is a must as well.If this stuff isn't an option,a good fuel...

    Sleeve sizes

    There are 2 different seal land diameters 3.311 and 3.437.this is the diameter where the the sleeve goes into the block at the o-ring grooves. E.P

    Does anyone know the value of a rear belt pulley assembly that fits a farmall 400?You remove the pto and bolt this in its place.

    H missing

    take off the valve cover to see if the valves are coming all the way up.If they look like they are, loosen the rockers and put air pressure into the cylinder.This can be done with a good rubber tipped air gun or a fitting that goes into the spark plug hole.You can make one from an old spark plug...
