    Hello As I remember: SD = sd Where speed x dia of large = speed x dia of small. so if you switch to an 8 in driver you have to increase driven pulley by 1/3. just my thoughts. Ed Will

    Advice on buying a backhoe

    david1 I had a case 530 for 30 years. Worked it fairly steady. replaced bushings and fixed leaks as needed. I replaced the reversing gear 2 times. Camshaft gear broke and had that big mess repaired at dealer. Sold it about 7 years ago or so and bought a Cat 416. Parts are a killer. eg...

    J. S Try putting some alcohol in the cyl and put the plug back in. Let stand o/night then start engine. Let it run for some minutes and recheck compression. Ed Will

    Hi there, If you have a spring co. any where near you, they can make them for you. Just take them a sample. Have them make some extras. Once they are set up it will be easy for them. I had some made in the past and found it not so bad. Good Luck. Ed Will
