    Had trouble on MF 285 with front end loader. Had to get bolts long enough to put nuts on backside. No trouble after that

    The fuel lever needs to be over half forward before the button will go in and in real cold full throttle. But I still need ether in really cold weather

    When you are in hi-range it acks like a brake going down hill so you maintain your speed. The brakes go sometimes when brakes are used on duels for lock turns

    265 Independent pto

    I have a MF 285 that has broken the pto brake 4 times. The only way to safely shut off the pto is have a override clutch on the shaft and just cut the motor until it stops. The brake is to flimsy for stopping a bushhog or anything like that
