    Also a good idea to only reuse the bolts on two sets of points or the heads get wore down so much you can't get em apart the next time . I normally flip the points over and when the second half is worn out I replace bolts and points

    Stick wheels in freezer for a couple days or better on dry ice for an hour or two and also warm tires in hot hot water to help soften em .

    You'll hate yourself if for some reason you have to take that point back off again unless you have a torch or a good sharp chisel and bfh .
