    What kind of engine

We bought an 80s model skytrak and we are trying to figure out what engine it has. The sticker on the valve cover is missing. I have some pictures of some stamped part numbers and what I believe the serial number may be. We do know that it is a Ford four-cylinder diesel. Let me try again to...

    MF 35 HELP

I have a Massey 35, 2 stage clutch, no Multi-Power. I need to replace the transmission input shaft seals. I have I&T repair manuals. The manuals say in order to pull the input shaft assembly out, the front part of the lower shaft has to be pulled to allow the PTO driven gear to drop down so that...

    640 Clutch

I have recently added to my classic ford group a 640. The clutch will just barely disengage with the pedal all the way down. And when raising it only a couple of inches the clutch is fully engaged. So I believe I am in need of a new clutch. This will be a new venture for me, so is there...

    NAA battery box

I'm sure someone will get a good laugh, but for me nothing ventured, nothing gained. Anyone have a good condition original battery box for the NAA. It may be that other models used the same. A few years back I bought a aftermarket one, of course missing the captive nuts and hold down bracket...

    Mower gearbox

Twisted off the shaft to my gearbox while mowing this morning. I'm looking for some pointers or leads about a repair. I see gearboxes for sale at reasonable prices, but none match this gearbox. This one seems to have different input and output shafts than the replacements I have found...

    Ford 201 injector pump timing

Got a basket case motor at auction. Rotary injector pump has no marks under the side cover for timing purposes. Ford shop manual says timing can only be changed internally by pump tech; and if the pump is removed to mark the position so the pump can be replaced in the same position. They make no...

    CS Bell corn sheller

Anybody ever heard of these shellers. I've acquired a small belt driven model. Its a metal machine. Sorry I don't have a picture. I tried to google it and it showed several hand shellers but not a belt driven one. I got one from my neighbor this weekend. Hasn't run in over 20 years. I had to...

    53 Ford Jubilee Thermostat?

I had to replace the head gasket in my jubilee. While doing that I drained the block using the drain hole on the side of the engine. Part of the gasket set was the new thermostat gasket, so I removed the old one, cleaned up the housing and then replaced. After getting everything back together...

    And so it begins........

The weather has cooled off some here so I thought I'd take the opportunity to start on the 961. Took the tires off and loaded them up. One tube is leaking calcium chloride so I'm going to have both tubes replaced minus the CC. Never replaced tubes before. Getting them both done and CC disposed...

    What year is my MH30?

Restoring a Massey-Harris 30. Data plate on the frame is gone. Trying to determine the year of mfg. Plate on engine reads MFB162G-63(3)07 The (3) is very worn and is either a 3, 8 or 2. Looks more 3 to me but could be wrong. Thanks for any help!
